Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
% a' q: j  j( @0 T- Supervise kitchen staff
' R0 R: r4 r! M3 J/ X  i- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
' {$ R7 y" J( K* X3 Z* g" Q/ w- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
/ Y1 H/ f& o9 z; q; d. i- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
6 H; q& _; @! q" }' S; y% t. L6 Q- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

This is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
