I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
"I am going to send it back".
I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
$ Y. h7 r/ j* B) O( X& L( V$ v "I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
He said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
" ^* \! W! ~! E2 \"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
"Yes, I did."
# N8 v; ~* I2 g) J; A/ g; HFinally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
1 f+ x: b4 J* E$ q5 d, R5 aHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
: M' n' E/ o0 p: x; M0 V9 k! B3 B"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
: _9 X" I& ?# y$ B" r8 i3 mHe took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
  ?: a+ |: d6 @  C! P3 U' pI gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
+ u% R& B" ~* T  F( b& F"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
"I do not have an address."
I was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
& k; H" q: J5 L6 R$ Z9 iHe did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
My heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
& o( N, g+ G. S. jHe did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
