Briefing：
Our ranch has over 10,000 acres lands (pasture land and forest) near Fort St John, we current have around 1000 cattle (cows, bulls and calves) and we grazing them in the summer. We will supply accommodation in our ranch for the chosen candidate.

Requirement:
•        Relevant experience on cattle ranch;
•        Driver license, experience with farm machinery and equipment;

•        Teamwork, communication skills, management skills.

Job Description:
•        Care for cattle including feeding, vaccinating, treating aliments, calving, weaning, organizing pregnancy and semen testing, report and cure any sick cows in time;
( w: {" L' d& r4 c+ O•        Repair fences and corrals, work with the company to help ranch construction work;
•        Use the farm machinery in a safe and efficient manner, provide regular maintenance and servicing to all equipment;
: s3 k& v  W) t•        Maintain shop and yard;
•        Responsible for planning plowing, seeding and haying, to help us use pasture land reasonably and efficiently;
/ j- a' w2 C7 b7 V•        Communicate with the company regularly, provide annual feed procurement report (kind, number, price) in time, and help to arrange purchase and delivery;
# W( @' |6 f& S4 K# j•        Assist in setting up business, obtain business related information and contacts, including cattle selling information;
•        Obey company policies, based on employment contracts, arrange work time reasonably, assist company with any other tasks, sign in/out for checking work attendance;
•        Assist in registering and management for cattle.

农场位于Fort St John附近，现有土地（草地，杂树林）10000英亩以上。农场现有大小肉牛1000头，采用天然放牧。农场会提供住处。

( l! V3 ?1 R/ @4 x5 Y! H% }1.        具有相当的牧场管理经验
8 l" j3 f8 U' b$ L5 j! R) d2.        拥有驾照，农场机械设备经验

4.        团队合作，交流技巧，管理技巧

工作内容：
/ j' y5 x4 v' Y1.        照顾牛，包括喂食，接种疫苗，治疗常见病症，产犊，断奶，安排怀孕测试和精液测试，对病牛进行及时汇报和处理。
2.        修理围栏和畜栏（配合公司进行农场的改造工作）。
3.        科学使用农机器械，按规定及时对设备进行维护和保养。
4.        做好工作房及场地的维护。
. Y, G: ~( m  l  V) o* Z5.        负责规划安排种草及收割工作，使牧场科学合理高效的利用草场。
6.        及时及早与公司进行沟通，尽早提出年度饲料采购报告（品种，数量，价格），收集信息，并负责安排购买与运送。
7.        协助建立商业，业务运营相关信息和联系人，包括牛的销售等工作。
8 M$ E) {& k9 H! X/ W; l8.        自觉遵守公司规定，按双方劳务内容，合理安排工作时间，做好与公司的配合和计时计薪等考核工作。
9.        协助做好对牛群的登记和管理工作。
