主要工作职责：

& |. r. g) [8 B1 G! M# O-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
; i9 ]  M' \0 E4 k' Q-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
7 g" N! j  B( x8 R& `-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
* k1 t: f0 g, Y$ o# s-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
# }+ C0 F5 k/ c& P& V. o-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
