We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: 1 N7 R% z' Y7 M" {& e, m
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) ) S) O1 Q. d% f9 T2 [1 y) V5 |' N
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
1 f j% r" P5 ^8 c( _( W' d• Prepare financial statements 6 f6 P" Y. O# w+ }) T4 U
• Prepare corporate tax returns 5 D' Z4 A H9 ~# h8 p
• File GST returns
5 O! b$ _, h. R8 F1 n• Process payroll
" Y# _$ p2 O6 { R ^. ` K• File T4/T5 returns " z! N/ U- g* e" H. l* X5 r
• Prepare personal tax returns
$ U" E: R* I7 u8 E# `• Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. ; t/ N0 ^' D+ H0 S' f" @+ C5 z: p
( e l4 g, L: k0 o2 ?Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
