We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
7 K, v! l- \4 d0 s• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
" I, k; i. u: @• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, # K1 c( Y( X- y1 S
• Prepare financial statements ' ~0 S, P. {% t4 s5 \' u' a8 V, [
• Prepare corporate tax returns + i. B$ w3 s9 W0 Y) v& m4 {, d Q
• File GST returns 4 p% K% W: c( a' K4 t
• Process payroll! H6 _# J6 J1 B/ A& g5 N
• File T4/T5 returns / t& R: U) r z
• Prepare personal tax returns
! T8 _" a1 Y) z$ L& n+ j• Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. ( a" M0 H# Z" ]/ ^9 h. I* q3 b

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.& b7 y' f" }- A+ a
