Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

! O" \) V2 L3 x1 JAfter 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
8 M6 f4 X* P4 I* |We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
6 [9 ]3 P  t( j- w- [•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
•        Prepare financial statements
7 F6 `1 S. P- z2 T  j. O, y•        Prepare corporate tax returns
•        File GST returns
•        Process payroll
$ D8 T  D& w6 B•        File T4/T5 returns
. J/ @. r8 }3 ]$ F& E# x. x) j1 C•        Prepare personal tax returns
/ E# `. X' c4 q% s' `, F& G•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

  o  x9 Z; f" S( h+ u" yThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

8 C9 F. O7 t0 [: k1 m/ ?Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business

% y3 }; j$ n- h! @1 O8 N) y- ~6 q这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
