埃德蒙顿11月2日报道：10月份埃德蒙对房市依旧保持稳定。住宅房的销售量与上月相比几乎持平，但比去年上升了5.5%。独立屋销售量比去年同期增加了7.1%，公寓比去年下降了3.9%，双拼/联排比去年上升了17.4%。! O+ a1 ~- v3 `0 c0 Y7 Y' j

“埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定，10月份较去年同期销量增加，价格持平。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到。“随着较冷季节的到来，我们通常会看到市场的步调放慢，但通过上个月的现象，我们很欣慰得看到在深秋来临时，依然有比较强劲的销售量。”& R0 K* B6 e) e; N4 Q
+ C2 D: w/ R! Y. ?4 R( ~+ G4 w10月份，大爱城区独立屋平均价格为$423,755，比上一个月下降了1.6%，比去年下降了1.75%。公寓的平均价格为$251,365，比上一个月下降了2.3%，比去年上升了0.5%。双拼/联排比上一个月下降了7.7%，比去年下降了6.9%。但是10月份所有住宅的平均售价与上一个月几乎不变，只比去年下降了0.64%。
