关于携带现金的最低限额问题

不知加拿大政府是否有新移民第一次入境时，必须携带多少资金的要求，因为今天看了一篇网上的文章说如果少于一万加元会被拒绝入境。但是在加拿大的北京网站上却说带多少都可以，不知那个更准确
