Job Description:

+ V- e8 l% D1 F1 L" P- @Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
7 V% K: D% m$ j0 I' tModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
1 Z0 H+ T1 w1 |( UEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
6 ]5 M. Z6 J$ w4 _) a6 KRecruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
- a- s) s2 }+ V/ g6 ZPerform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records

Proven working experience as a head chef

Communication and leadership skills

6 b' h2 E6 E/ wWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
