• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

) A6 O+ ]* `% Z% i/ p# z• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries./ L+ d0 `! G/ E' L; N
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
+ [, v7 {# {) e5 V) y. z9 [ l• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.( [# B8 A, r, v \
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.2 S8 q+ X0 d$ [+ N- A
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
0 n: M2 [# H6 [( ^$ |' ]• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.$ I p) F4 Q2 P) m( w
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation./ H" `+ O2 R6 g* I' R4 S) L5 {
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community." K: l u p1 i$ t
; J) r/ p" E r4 N" zRequired Skills & Abilities:- K! z+ k9 w4 C7 r
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset2 h4 T( ^8 O/ X5 Z- F" G
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
' v& @% E- X1 L• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
" ^* s" g" c8 f2 Z8 s' E6 w' A' _" `• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills& ~( B: [: H: o6 }5 S
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
! r& E) x/ X% c6 f0 m2 o- `. e• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license0 W& s4 m7 m- e, t) ^; j, R S- c# f
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
