• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.5 }, [# G H) u0 w& [! W* q
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.' V0 V" P% I" f: J( f* C8 h; I
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.( l q% k v) N# ?: \
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation." k* ]6 Q8 l" ]% g1 ~
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.6 J$ Y* f6 @; H& t" d

Required Skills & Abilities:; [8 C* N) M- t; _& U' Q& o
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset0 e c0 `/ I+ ^( A. G6 Q' _0 V! i
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
! Q! h; A' C, h- D1 C7 P• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); V( Z; I/ ?9 I- ^9 j& L
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills& q3 f3 o+ v0 _
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal' ]6 m4 P& W+ W" N- w
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license% s7 W7 J% p3 m" a5 v( g
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills' d7 e& e h4 [( k9 C4 K& B
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required: C3 I8 b: Y# P( E; \2 i$ }
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
