Key Responsibilities:
+ l4 W3 B. L+ n J5 N( I• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.
! r5 H" P. o/ o E• Post advertisement; Q/ b4 b* s2 s. K0 W& g( @7 O
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
( s& r& N1 a8 \+ }$ h8 t* s• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
/ r/ e; z& U( l; z5 T• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.! Q' b5 g- C2 ? t; r7 a
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.) s! V3 @' U D9 ^0 |; v9 c0 q3 Y8 E
• Perform route inspections as required.* q7 e7 U' z7 P$ l- @$ f% t
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases). [- K6 L- Q \3 T1 e6 t
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
& x/ }! a# I V8 E: ]* t• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
& m8 |5 r7 V5 Y; z! s, K) a• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.5 t5 w n. D: v9 m

Required Skills & Abilities:
& ~0 W5 q2 `. _: f! Y4 p( j• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
( o8 q( A% g0 j• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred6 Q* I( |$ j2 r0 _0 l
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)& M1 e9 @8 ]& y+ C4 d4 s6 j
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
% @. }8 s8 O! o }) e4 l, u• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
" Y" v: G- v K, i& V/ R; X• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license# t9 Q" F8 H, m) c( [5 l
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills7 }' O+ b9 O3 q! t; z4 [
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required+ B! ~( v' w6 J4 }5 r
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment: S* H/ B% X9 i9 E7 b, f

• Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment
