Key Responsibilities:
8 \6 l1 g2 N/ S) t• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.- N/ C& p6 j- X5 v2 ]* q. D
• Post advertisement- |4 @9 e7 g* ^& [
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.% a6 f. L: F( H; R% M& e
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.; c8 r6 L* Y- z1 t; D3 o3 [
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.' I0 _3 Y, R' G
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
( d: N! `& j# G+ k3 w/ ]• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
( T* p. ]- S- H2 ~% v$ T" o8 M* ~• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).6 M9 A/ B: |/ X" {
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
6 h, u8 ~1 h5 `( O, ?• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:$ F. @" d3 H8 ?+ G5 D+ Z5 V0 T* _2 R
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
- t* D. I. S' B/ {- S/ I• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred/ o6 [ E- q! C4 D
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)$ n; f' P( Y2 H- i" g/ o' r
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
$ v# F: i3 ^9 h4 N( j" F, ?" I1 t9 G• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
1 `3 c. j# q7 m• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license8 S! Y& Y- B$ D2 L; X/ h+ t4 l
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
