Key Responsibilities:
/ Z( I% ], s; W. l/ m6 g, n• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries. \3 I5 O8 F. S' h
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
0 z# |: C# f# V* h" m• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.' \1 o" q' ^( ]9 t
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
- b; F6 G8 b B8 G• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
9 Z+ N/ R; a1 K9 h6 |# p# i• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.6 A% G2 C+ c8 P9 z+ P9 E
• Perform route inspections as required.
* G6 G/ R% k# s0 ]$ z1 g, U• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset. q& F# J7 w' N' ~, M# m) h/ O
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred+ Y& w* K) G, K2 M
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)* g0 o& \: q! k1 } U/ B3 x
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills8 E; A# ^3 Z2 S: ]) q
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal8 l) t! O% Q' f1 H$ [
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
