Key Responsibilities:
; q" O3 j8 \- e• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.3 D4 `* |/ c* {# ^9 j1 u
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
. K5 _- I+ n+ c0 _: t3 W3 V% C0 z• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
3 K9 C0 H2 t* c8 x2 u% M0 O+ z• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.6 m! @& Y* ?; }9 Z- u, j
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.8 i$ r1 ^' [. v1 [2 E
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.# k0 q8 ]7 z$ ]5 H9 j
• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
6 @2 H) o, P% ~: v" u/ N ?• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
: r7 j" f/ y# a• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

3 ^, z' q K8 R• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset* e& U: L+ a& ]. M1 Y
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred6 G4 @. ^. ]+ s
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
5 o ^1 ^. C A7 y7 w* A• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
) d- Z3 l; m3 i) B1 i, N. z• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal* B: n/ t! h0 P& Y
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license: P6 S$ y6 K' H
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
