Duties and responsibilities
, d  p( @8 A7 P! q& a. E Contribute to a positive team environment
8 S- R% |- A: c! s7 C& F9 {4 V Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
 Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
 Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
 Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
 Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
 Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
% h* I6 E8 n# Y1 H Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures
" F" X$ J- T" l( T4 ?3 D; D" z Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

 Previous experience in a service environment preferred

Physical requirements
 Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
* k( _, \/ h4 E* S) N6 K Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
