Government of Alberta is looking for a .NET web developer (4+ years experience) with 3 years contract

( x( P# v  y) ?1 u/ E" V        Experience with developing and customizing Content Management Systems  
        Experience working in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
1 {2 d& U9 u4 W        Experience defining web application requirements with clients and developing and maintaining the web application based on those requirements.
        Experience writing and maintain technical documentation.
) M! \' ]/ K: O2 v+ J7 e        Experience in performing unit testing / system testing activities.
  c8 U" U0 r; q# \! ^  d5 C: f        Experience in designing the appearance and layout of websites or web applications.
% l* u5 y. J8 Y        Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 or higher, Microsoft C# 3.5 or higher and .Net MVC.
. t/ G; F3 }: L9 Q4 C+ O8 {3 Y        Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher.  Experience with stored procedures and triggers.
0 V# Z0 `7 c: U* n5 _        Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or higher.  
        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server or equivalency (GitHub, SourceForge, Subversion, etc.)
2 f1 N, e- f( ]7 k3 h        Experience and technical knowledge:CSS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML5 and HTTP RESTful Services.
( [. N9 F* A! ^$ }3 k: h$ A) B        Experience and technical knowledge of responsive design.
        Experience and technical knowledge of JSON.
! Y9 \& {) G! r% _5 ]3 C5 ~& Q- b        Experience in creating and optimizing content for a website that uses a variety of graphics, a database and animation.
5 `$ ^/ C9 \0 B) f! f  O- h8 h( x" K3 v        Experience and technical knowledge of modular programming techniques.
