六月价格持平，销量渐缓

: E& z( M* F8 F/ f# x埃德蒙顿7月5日报道：6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平，但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出，比去年下降了10.1%，与上一个月的1119套几乎持平；公寓有465套售出，比上一个月上升了11.5%，比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售，比去年上升了9.8%，比上一个月下降了14.8%。4 [- H+ O9 h' w8 W1 p" a. T* k
