Job Summary:
" o7 J; v5 v. T" U" i2 p6 XProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.: v% G- o1 i* X/ G6 t$ [- Z+ U E2 i

( `- e1 G/ g! ?. S8 r* |& ^0 {% LEssential Duties and Responsibilities:6 r& e* {4 o! d( f. K
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.2 w8 R9 i Q# J7 Q$ J$ l
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.% |2 w7 U9 j8 I$ r* m' d
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
; L. g9 }: e. ^. Z6 }· Manages report database.
[4 @4 P P y· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.& h' D( ^! |3 H4 D
· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

& U) ?, _ ?/ J% vCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset., R) i9 `; Q4 u$ @5 c

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
