& I3 \ e2 z) @: k% [$ R0 |* gProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:$ x/ c" a x s7 r/ t0 g/ H
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.( J3 Q6 S: s( {9 a4 e
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
/ j# R+ m7 z+ |& x· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

- x: [& F K/ a3 C· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
+ V0 V& z! _' n$ q5 H3 P$ v9 }· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.
$ B: Y9 F: J @& M/ V· Provides backup support to other members of the department.
$ U4 }" ]1 }& o& d' y· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset. O- u: O( J- p8 M% @* L2 b) |

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
