POSITION: Junior Accountant

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
) }- f, T# {* [4 c• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
4 o; j. v* [) Y$ r1 k( O) e: [• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
3 {4 l/ D( \" d4 B• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
6 L" Q6 g2 J, ]! R- i1 m3 B: U0 a! x% o$ k3 m$ \
• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
+ n; `/ ]0 ^5 ~3 d. e* j• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
" w! X0 l# G( \$ x: f1 t* D1 C8 o• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
0 Z- [% S# a: q• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
' X$ Y( ~2 l# f+ i, R# q• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
