- w/ l+ T7 M( C; H6 x9 jEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

+ \; m0 e2 a$ H, qQualifications/Skills:
•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
% f2 x9 v8 \- y8 }•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
. H, M1 b" z5 i* e+ r8 F•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
/ _" R- @, W: q% S; h* p) [* l•        Proficient computer skills
•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
: S2 u& s' o% D1 p•        Required language: English and Mandarin.
