DEPARTMENT:                Finance

Key Responsibilities

* u- A6 ]+ g( U3 M% ~' OØ        Manage finished goods and meat inventory in BPCS
Ø        Train and liase with Operations, maintaining and improving inventory accuracy.
5 r1 S3 q# ], k& YØ        Daily communication with Production Scheduler/Formulator
. }) v7 _: v2 A5 O  mØ        Analyze variances on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and summarize data in a report format.
, k2 J; }6 ^/ N0 n9 nØ        Data collection, entry and validation
Ø        Stock and maintain various office items & equipment
7 X, ]& s1 P( r, K. E* _3 uØ        Other duties as required

Ø        Post secondary education in business, accounting or a related discipline.
Ø        Excellent spreadsheet skills - Microsoft Excel.
, {  y# b9 o* ~) qØ        Working knowledge of a mainframe computer system such as BPCS
Ø        The ability to prioritize in a continuously changing environment.
- @, ~) w) \6 X  ?' c8 gØ        Demonstrated willingness to learn and live our leadership values.

( g- b* g5 N1 j1 vThis is a small town, but housing is very cheap and have lots of potentials to develop.  More over, the people living here are very very friendly.
