去年买了一个sterling 小房子出租， 质量不错，地下室的水泥地没有裂缝，drywall 和窗户也没有太多的裂缝。 几乎没有维修在一 年里。 售后服务也很好， 问题在一个 星期内解决。   在新房一 年检验， 找捕处太多的毛病。

4 _7 E. |, \$ A, p- h以前买pacesetter的房子，运气太背一周一约builder修补，现在买的sterling的运气太好，除了地下室管子连接外面的地方没有spray foam堵住，其他地方比如木地板，油漆，楼梯栏杆，门等质量非常好

There seems to be Sterling Home and Sterling Square 2 (The latter might be a division of the former?) I built with the latter one and haven't really seen an issue in structure so far after over four and half years.
