是从毕业信日期还是签发日期？
如果是签发日期，按现在的审批速度130天，那就是可以多呆在加拿大130天了？

签发日算起。不过这130天也无所谓吧，可以移民的早就拿到PR了，没本事的多这几天还是留不下
