Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.$ K- r+ F: l- h& q/ | q4 `2 x4 B( ]
Alan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.

The crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.2 k2 X* ?3 x: q! ?' p* J6 l" J y
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
