Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.. a& T# A3 D% m2 Z( `" l g6 H
Alan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.# b( b. n; ]6 w( W' v
$ N" W' }, {9 m- y% F
The crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.
