We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
/ i2 Z- g! H. T1 B8 ?5 p( }5 @( zWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
5 b: f4 x2 o3 q; b, C7 y6 Z7 iAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines. H+ g6 D3 e, N1 C9 v( \$ T$ b
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
) I, |1 R4 J9 z# j1 ~$ ?Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;% R# u$ M; a$ D2 E8 {
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ ^. B* N5 f3 V d3 bConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
* Z, {/ D8 |! x: A5 ^5 |# x5 UConduct all work within established time standards;$ f; Z+ ^7 c5 ~

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;$ `3 e1 b+ D* ~, K9 N
Attention to detail and accuracy;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
