We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 ?. W/ ?; ]: @3 s, C+ I/ p: o, NWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
( V4 X+ k% q' U% d1 CAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
+ ?6 }! h) e# w) eManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;% d" x8 Z! e- [
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;% b9 g! Y0 C! N# O% }' }
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;' E$ a/ \5 q" C% e+ {
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.+ z- o# Y: @" j: x; m( w# `
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
