We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments) B' G/ t8 Z8 B$ `4 ]- {# n0 j
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
5 P; C" [; U/ C; d3 \' w! o# yAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
" M2 Q1 Y& X0 r1 s" fManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
! w% R9 b! T* w0 oOversee file management for all LMIA matters;+ H% I: ~( G( K/ m0 {
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;; b4 V) M9 s, b3 G; @+ ^
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ D9 E- u/ A! V6 \1 q/ }Conduct all work within established time standards;
