- Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.6 e8 W1 r" w8 }! m
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.9 ], E) k1 w4 n* |! F6 ]7 F
- Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.' d+ q+ N& u, S% j
- Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.

Requirements:) Q+ g V! I/ n& f/ g9 A( h% b
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.2 d: A/ N( E" h$ E' { k
- Strong verbal English.+ q/ n! c$ E* C, P: j4 Z
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.( R1 C% @, B7 U! b" C3 J
- Good organization, communication and time management skills.
