The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. 5 n8 Y0 r% w+ O) j; rCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 f" T& t1 ^8 SWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies" [$ q1 U E1 N, ?
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" L& H1 a' e" d# y
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, N9 W x3 T3 L; R6 Q/ {3 w
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! Z% ?% T! ^0 l. V; h( ]9 k. L! HEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;7 t; y: i/ G, j0 F8 V
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
