The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
/ ]$ P) m V7 c2 i4 H) GWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies4 v R" q" r# X- G( a
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
" a$ M8 N- _5 E4 p4 M$ E% XManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;% G$ }) z3 l' t, ?6 h* K
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
' L ~! u9 D7 J. C% p! O1 [5 C+ aEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
/ D1 r5 D7 A1 `$ T0 NConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.4 g. X% C% |7 o! q) U4 x; j
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Time management skills are critical;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
