We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.# A3 \7 F6 R6 h! N5 L+ ^

# ^, E5 q5 ^6 |$ @; k! B6 sCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments: A& t) Y% Z& C4 T1 n" ~7 S7 w6 |
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
) ~, E) f+ M9 B5 DAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines/ b" P( |1 @, B1 R2 {% W7 e) t
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 Z$ ?  K) G' C0 ?
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;; M7 X) Z- b& P0 P
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;! x" r  M+ n4 y  l! E
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.+ J+ k0 t$ f$ i# b0 B
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
1 t( |+ f& ?' A4 B9 i0 UAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
! |0 y2 ]+ G9 P5 ]0 T0 K0 qTime management skills are critical;
$ @- i, S* f, z: W1 h& IAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
6 T7 @+ e4 D: y9 G' y6 ?Attention to detail and accuracy;! H- e% f6 \: K( g/ X+ m
Strong organizational and computer skills;# g' a. [! i% ]: m9 [, V% ^
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
0 O, E! F9 L% M" ~$ gComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
' ~2 e3 Z# f% ~, H; m/ i6 N* ?Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
+ {. Z: r2 v' ?' M9 `8 ?Ability to work with minimal supervision;5 o4 K) t. V, k
Self-directed and highly motivated; and) q7 {$ K$ W  N
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
