We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients., n+ s" o0 s% b) J  T

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 V* T4 |- Z3 ?' [
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
; }- j3 `# N# A. D5 P6 u1 rAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines, e4 m7 P$ x6 d; s; d  {
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;2 F% h) b  }( W# g) r
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;3 B! D& Y8 P1 ?( r4 Y" ]
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;- ^/ B8 E/ t5 `  d4 [7 F! ^( M# l
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.% S! s: F( I9 C
Conduct all work within established time standards;6 f9 F; {" T1 {* Z# H, I
Essential Knowledge and Skills( X8 [% h  X; k9 N

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
. K2 _5 H8 i- mAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;- p5 B2 m" S; b( X
Time management skills are critical;8 b% s: f0 ]' t& [" \
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;9 I8 r5 o6 ^% Y2 Q& Z7 f) O" ^2 H8 s, j
Attention to detail and accuracy;9 H/ P% I9 ^2 y9 b
Strong organizational and computer skills;; d: }. ?# Z4 {3 G" w3 ]; j) ~. u( ]
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;  c/ u8 n3 Z: E
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
. i: E  b  U3 B5 TAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
, u3 [; q0 m2 G  H  gAbility to work with minimal supervision;
4 F3 p8 \( F5 n- }/ OSelf-directed and highly motivated; and2 v7 R  O1 J, _6 @6 Q1 w
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;, i6 F$ P4 n; i% [
