; ?5 I: Q; q; S" XWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments* A+ F2 G* X' p0 V5 k
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies5 Q5 k5 l. T- B5 I1 C. W. N
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
2 w: Z( f6 v: W; A3 V' P& p) LManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;7 h$ T% ]$ b( H( F7 F2 }7 s, _
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;, M& O& t# f. r# i0 ^2 E
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;4 r2 G& s% @ Q& G6 x+ @& O3 [
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Compensation and Benefits
