Position Summary

  G5 ?8 `+ P0 IWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

/ w( R8 u$ R1 i6 x1 v# vCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments# K# n8 a6 h$ J
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies" T& A) t9 ^# ?0 b* R$ [, P
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
! `6 h% J6 u' T& A4 N% gManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
6 p$ G- h+ q9 c/ }7 `% ?Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
5 W3 g9 J. [/ s/ DEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
6 [" d0 }0 i2 i$ {4 ?Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
1 u) p3 D5 P+ y3 ^, `5 ?Conduct all work within established time standards;: P1 ~4 |  K) I/ v# x2 V

8 F  x4 Z% }8 eExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
. d9 n& T1 y& f7 F2 c8 y# YAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;& i' ^+ w- [* J, U
Time management skills are critical;
9 m# d. k4 p5 T! C$ YAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;4 ]4 ^+ x3 f* A, `
Attention to detail and accuracy;8 a( i: G- e# x9 u. `4 ~5 {
Strong organizational and computer skills;5 A$ ?+ S$ o8 ^  z8 h# n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
8 z5 n# E, g  t3 |3 AComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;: m" Q8 u/ |4 i  X1 L8 s. X! m
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;: P- Y6 r; t9 t2 _, I1 b! w  _% w
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Compensation and Benefits* ]5 G* a* L; l7 L# S, B

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;5 X4 \$ v" ~8 I# F5 B, d9 e2 s- j
Benefits package will be offered;
