Responsibilities
+ k0 Z) h3 t9 P/ T. ~ Managing the relationship with our highest-value clients with professionalism3 S- }; P' T/ ~
Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner0 c3 f3 D \* y( M
2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
: I" m/ X( G' T6 T3 W8 L! b) O3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems; x; v; P1 P! D& m% d: P! n/ i3 I
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline. ' y2 V5 b, T) Z( y! y
5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.) j/ i/ n4 h$ d& W4 Y
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents( _: b: a& v/ h7 n' O6 _8 j& C, s
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff+ ^7 O. p4 F0 c) B0 Z: S
; B5 }! }$ Q& H/ kQualifications
2 p! n( M3 ]9 v# m* \2 J3 o1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional& D% ^2 @8 x @0 p
2. University degree or college diploma+ b k. p9 L0 t1 m( y
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset7 O$ p: V4 D6 x- u; s1 [* @/ L& c
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
; Y: d7 r* ?1 j( l5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details& f2 x+ r, u: Z% e5 Z7 X
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
( n+ |# u* A$ x0 c1 j7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control+ R/ D2 I4 Y* l! ?- o$ j! y) i. N
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
