是的，楼上五间卧室租给了五个学生，每间月租金$500。租房合同已经签好，9月入住。

原来是分租，那是可以达到2500的。但是
' S) ?* B1 L: N' }- }$ R& N8 A1）管理上很不好管理，5房客，一定会吵架；而且都是学生，整个房子会被弄得脏乱差；这是出租大忌哦。
2）水电暖让房客平摊似乎会引发争端。
9 {6 q8 d( \. b/ E这个房子一定是被前房东设计为出租房了，1438sqft 能整个7卧室；没有太大的自住价值。

5个学生是朋友，关系紧密，要求住在一起。另外房屋离地铁站非常近，再加上近期翻修过，500不包水电暖他们可以接受。这个Bunglaw就是为投资者设定的，所以才开发出多个房间。

But this lot could not be used for building half duplex as it is single family house zoning.

You can give me a call at 780-729-2088. Right now I know a lot that would be very suitable for build duplex. It's in Belgravia community which is near UofA, and the lot size is around 600 square meters.
