第二个TAB提供mortgage 每年的summary，和每笔付款中利息和本金组成变化。并将显示信息生成CSV文件，提供EMAIL或下载的功能，方便用户在电脑上打开文件浏览详细信息。

" T/ x7 j$ G/ M" z4 m. B  u第三个TAB提供mortgage的利息和本金图表信息。

7 U% q6 A3 s( z) J/ W第四个TABT用户可以任选mortgage中的贷款金额，年限，利息，月付中的三个，计算剩下的一个变量。
