CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

# T% `0 g+ \7 `7 F) s4 C-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
% i+ k* |! a$ m-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
0 [( j7 _- E1 m' H; v8 `-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
8 W8 `) U) d- t4 ?2 ~1 z-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
$ g3 _, ^. ?: c$ \' z6 s0 K) G) t/ g-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
1 J9 b6 [7 ?7 O/ `3 n-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
6 l# H' M" j4 N# y; Y; g-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
