求助：国内的房产怎么申报？

请问国内的房产填T1135的时候怎么填净值呢？是夫妻每人填一半还是只写在一个人名下还是两个人都填全额？
( Z, b# e+ U/ `$ o房子目前也没出租也没卖，父母住在里面，是填这一项吧？“5. Real property outside Canada (other than personal use and real estate used in an active business)”

这么问的话你只能自己打电话去税务局了。
