FIFA 官方是这么定义的：

Children two years and under at competition time
(June/July 2015) do not require their own ticket for
entry but must sit in a guardian’s lap and not take up

" b4 w7 F: }; I" g不是很明白如果孩子2岁半，到底是要票还是不要？ 西贸里面同样的说明，售票员解释的是三岁以下都算两岁。。。。。

每个地方的解释都不一样。孩子快3岁的时候带去galaxyland，跟楼上情况类似，买票时售票员特意问孩子多大，然后没收钱。但平时带孩子去的millennium place，过了两岁生日就要买票。

我理解这儿不过三岁生日都叫2岁
Galaxy land 是这样
但是recreation centre 和zoo 是说 free for under 2
