CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.

-        Provide friendly and professional services.

, Y4 X8 F- Y* Z: O-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

8 J. t6 e; X/ f3 D% b3 Z5 T-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
$ r% R; g$ ]& J. f4 X1 S% V-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
4 a& |# m. \4 X1 e! w% N-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
