CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
" g$ Y2 U+ ]! b! U9 _9 [-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
% w0 J" S4 ?# S6 k# t-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
+ c. G# ?! v. N6 c: V-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
, j% N" l0 Y5 }-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
2 {2 c( I7 Y0 R/ I/ ]3 V5 S-        Keep office clean and organized.
. y4 R4 c- h0 ?! i- s5 t-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
5 s$ j+ x: T# Y5 g+ L9 O! LStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
' F3 t3 V3 h+ n) ]-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
  q! ^, @" A- D7 O8 h/ K( c$ M-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
