CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.

- u  V- ~% F0 ?( r-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
2 ~: F) h) ?; Y6 }2 Q3 @2 _7 D: V-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
, S; R; m% c; U# [- S-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
( _+ B+ i8 h( o3 q- I-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
. b& R- p1 X% G-        Keep office clean and organized.
; ~$ U8 w' ?7 V-        Provide friendly and professional services.
. Q+ v$ M) X4 C! z; z9 cRequirements:
6 X4 R( I: P# e# N/ {* E-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
