CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.

" s0 q: l/ c% n" ^- u0 _-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
) m: X) \+ \  V3 i# o-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
. U8 |0 W0 a1 O+ D/ q$ L-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
7 c: l- r) R7 m' I7 g( F4 z-        Provide friendly and professional services.
3 Y- V" b9 R# S# @Requirements:
; h, k1 f- b; p4 M-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
' U: B- b7 R3 e* v-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
* L( S% U( U) |5 h# J2 J8 Z-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
