CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
$ X! w( Z$ F/ L7 |4 m-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
5 R( x8 q6 _- Z) O% n  h-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
8 p( v8 l7 W% n$ @-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
* B' p' X' r, h) w9 m# v8 E-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* S% H8 {! P" k, z7 ?' r# n' q1 k" IStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
1 c% t  b& ~% E8 L5 b/ ~-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
: t: S0 O" c1 |; C8 a& f/ s-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
