CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

Description:
% r1 w8 J& i0 `-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
. ^* p% D6 }) s( L: [  h+ p-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
' m6 E# [5 k: l  L4 F3 J-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
# u5 y$ E/ ?. Z; X' [# _/ M9 E-        Keep office clean and organized.
/ u( S+ @; z3 y2 C% o. ^-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
2 w3 y- Z4 y) x5 |: J/ d3 ]-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

& {% q2 y& \. I- S1 Z* q, k# n- wStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
4 n  d( j. z) F5 ]0 q" B-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
