最近gradonhill和allard都有开始售连排townhomes
& ^, q( [# `$ O6 @" I5 e2 ?1 v- N想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

/ G% S3 }( x+ [& o1 Ylow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.

自住可以，只要喜歡便成，出租買新房似乎不化算
