We have little experience with the landscaping processes... but hoping to get some advices from the handy men/ladies from this forum. $ I$ L1 `3 W1 Y* ]6 J* B1 pWe just received the certificate for the rough grading with our new house this week. Right now it is almost the end of September, and I wonder if this is a good time for final grading? Or should I wait for next year? also, do I need to wait for the final grading certificate before building a deck (or a concrete patio)?
