NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
9 i5 l6 [" H; {5 h) q1 IDuties & Responsibilities:
" c; \$ z9 [$ P( [7 ~: ^
- C9 r! f/ x' S1 l+ J$ M- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
9 t( g) e* A! y5 u& ]+ q) _- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
: o6 k8 d& i5 E0 F# V5 {$ a- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
5 u# v, R! S; M% Z7 R, a( w9 k! J- I- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
. S1 _6 a* L0 z8 Y$ ^- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
" G$ [' F# r8 H* C. P
7 C3 i- l+ w6 c; T- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  o- ]0 P' K1 v- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
( e$ ]3 T' |0 D- f5 d  Y- Ability to use computers
/ C; T5 N& U2 U  @, |/ ?/ T, C- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
