Duties & Responsibilities:
0 `5 ]! ~9 ^; n) G
; y  k& l8 `4 q; t- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
1 K5 M4 G* U9 x: x- I- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
: M" K' R4 T7 [, h2 ?  D- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
2 a1 v! G3 Q- ?) `* k+ b- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
( p. G& U- U/ K0 v- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

" {7 u0 o( F$ v+ p6 L( R- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
, u6 ^& ^' G6 Z. [0 S- i+ m- Ability to use computers
+ B0 O! H- F) G1 M  Z/ }7 F- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
