Duties & Responsibilities:

# b: ?& S5 `9 H% i- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
2 _$ w1 s5 k( R1 e# f- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
9 T! D9 s6 F  I- Y& F6 G  b8 Z- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
* ^- R+ V5 b2 h/ G' G- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

! p& x  |1 X  ~! X5 zQualifications:

+ ?& g3 u7 d0 W1 z$ n+ ]- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
5 k5 o5 {- Z7 a: C2 x- k9 z3 `- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
