; M8 z" w" H4 ^% BDuties & Responsibilities:

6 i" p6 H$ {; G4 y# `- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
$ k: W. C" _0 _' i+ y- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
$ w* @* D/ C# {- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
, `% w% E1 A1 Z* q2 c# D4 V- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
1 L' p2 Q2 z! G+ v# `0 E; o# ?; M/ o0 o
; k1 U; W6 }0 {5 x$ o- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
; D9 k5 e* F& p6 j' [* Z5 S  F- Ability to use computers
/ z8 x4 m- w. k* Q2 q- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
