其实所有超市里的鱼和肉都是冰冻在零下18三天以上才能拿出卖的,不过是不是每家都这样做我就不知道了,如果你不放心,可以买回来后你自己冰冻一下再开冰吃,做之前洗干净再切成你喜欢的大小放盘子里,然后保鲜膜封好冷藏一下再拿出来吃。我们吃了10年都这样吃的,不过不是全在super store买的,看那里便宜那里买。当然吃的时候最好是配上芥末和酒,这样也能杀杀细菌(有可能是心理作用,我也不确定能的)。
