到底是怎么回事？

( i' c; W, [1 v/ ]: @/ ZA heating and ventilation permit is required under the Safety Codes Permit Bylaw when installing or altering heating and ventilation equipment such as:

make-up air units,

hydronic (hot water) systems,

heating and ventilation 已经做好， 只是差 final inspection而已， city的进度真够慢的。
