I have been looking into Windermere.
6 D2 H4 J5 d! }1 E% GMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
9 W [3 S( n) x8 cJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.$ O+ i, ?* D# U7 w2 {
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

' T8 ~8 ^, A1 i- O, T9 ?Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?# f/ m' g: D% l: _; ^
That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
! p% D' s) H$ S8 S" w7 BDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
