I have been looking into Windermere.
" i6 s% B5 d" |My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

( K+ \/ _& o: g- L& @As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
8 F; G; r' J/ TJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
7 i _9 q$ l/ F5 k0 tThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded., m; v" q* _' X, G4 K0 w; c# k3 e

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.0 X' C/ d, m% k- c1 }
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
