I have been looking into Windermere.
* ?+ Z' _/ P# s3 P3 b( O+ U5 c2 i& aMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.( M, l3 ]5 }+ [. y7 z
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.! v8 H& t$ M; M
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

! X* Y6 {! f" {) M# [+ vSome people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
