I have been looking into Windermere.7 y7 F# G3 i" V1 H
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.. M9 V( _: j9 D% A# X8 X, Q
7 U0 t1 G. S3 K$ I1 cAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St./ z7 ]6 U* c1 b; V
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.6 q+ Y# J, U, I9 L: t9 \2 j$ ~1 V
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.7 }, V) J0 X: v2 ]
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
