I have been looking into Windermere.
$ s' b7 |. ~ ~* AMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.& y6 h* R) S, R! S- R, o

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.9 E' t7 g0 b& M2 u( e
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South. r6 D( T0 q* ?) b- q! n4 g- b
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

0 M; X _ F5 p# c1 x% n0 _( FThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
