; m- A% A1 ~5 H2 iYou can have a career as a heavy equipment operator working for Suncor in Fort McMurray, making great money and doing work you can be proud of! Tuition will be provided for qualified applicants.

& v! ~! c" X, |! E2 s0 _Start your training at WBF in Edmonton and then make the move to Fort McMurray and earn while you learn through the Suncor Co-op program. This program prepares women to be considered for hire by Suncor as Haul Truck Operators for the Millennium Mine Project north of Fort McMurray.

The WBF Suncor Heavy Equipment Operator Program is structured as a 2-½ week classroom training segment at WBF in Edmonton and three months of paid, hands-on, co-op training by Suncor at their Millennium Mine Project north of Fort McMurray. Candidates that are successful in the training program and align with Suncor’s culture and safety standards will be considered for full-time employment at the mine. Valid Class 5 driver’s licence without restrictions (no GDL) or other provincial equivalent
  b7 D6 y2 C* a5 U8 t" `High school diploma or GED equivalency
Criminal record check
* }6 B& [4 ~5 b; e+ kStrong employment history and work references
Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift schedule – 12 hour shifts, 3 days, 3 nights and 6 days off
* A) W. w1 l# y2 `+ wWilling and able to go through pre-employment testing which includes drug and alcohol testing
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently
Mechanical aptitude

建议女性同志们还是嫁一个技术工人比较实际。
