这个社区离学校近吗？以前说要建homeless，后来听说否决了，到底哪个是准确消息？

挺好的，homeless是确定不建了。 特别适合首次买房预算不高的，有小孩的家庭。区内有两所新学，临近还有高中。生活方便，娱乐中心，公交总站，购物中心currents，图书馆都在附近。easy access to anthony henday, terwillegar drive, whitemud and 23 Ave, 交通很便利。

個人覺得是一個挺好之成熟小區，內裡規劃/市容,location勝過不少新區，只要homeless不再來

个人感觉买东西不太方便至少没有windmere那边方便，如果不介意开车买东西倒是比windmere好，还有现成的学区，play ground。

9 c, j2 Z2 ~  ]# A4 K/ C7 o$ T8 \windmere也看区，有几个些区到currents还得开车，不见得比terwillegar近多少。
我觉得不足之处是小房子较多，道路可能有点窄。

7 F4 Y) S& I7 YTerwillegar Drive就像一條大鴻溝，將Currents與 Windermere分隔開來，徒步前往有危險性，T Towne情況好得多. walkways on both sides of 23rd Ave.

小区挺好的。如果有学龄儿童打算上小区内的学校，记得一定要确定买在学区内，今年学区缩小了很多。

Most occupied by young families. School has diverse races. Good place for young family!

i live in terwillegar south, it is a good neighbourhood if you don't mind too many condos and vehicles park on the street
