留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

4 \& \) g) Q3 {" ~! Z3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
8 n& O7 w" u* H2 k/ [" [Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
! j' \" ]: e  V/ {/ X$ m* w" STo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
9 x7 w8 U: t! `, v) E7 l  gyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
" `8 ^9 t. y& b+ hyou must be a resident of Canada; and
