留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
% t$ b; T! L$ d8 B2 i2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
. }" e9 E: p6 |2 B3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

: d# }( M' G3 A- t0 B6 t5 G2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
8 L( v8 z" m% \/ \3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
" c& D+ R) y7 _- xCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
- {6 J5 ]" R% p6 k
you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
