6 q. ~7 Q* `  i& I9 a* I1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
0 |& @! v' H. R, k, e/ z. ]2 y2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;* s% [# k& W( K+ l  r
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
( ?2 W" p; W9 W  m! H8 t4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; - P( ^' Y5 v, R5 b0 L6 K  W
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;) Q9 Q& o& Y" ^7 \6 [* G
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;

Qualifications:
0 F7 F8 n! W$ Y9 S, P( ^% Q' `$ P( ]+ Y•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
! F2 B' n2 l  E4 w•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
5 G/ l- L+ |9 X$ U•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
% J+ P- z/ ?) U, A•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
. W1 z) `+ U3 _: o& ^•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker6 j. O) Z6 K* U
