JOB DESCRIPTION( u+ j( R9 g" ^; E
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 5 I% ]8 I" G4 {" F5 M# [9 C
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
$ t) z& P9 R4 y" g& ?+ X3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
: s* o9 l, `9 N% k7 g4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
7 A  Z2 R, i# b* u9 d5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;7 |% d8 ?! c8 c" {
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
( q* h  v. l+ K, m* |. r1 ?7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.* Q$ z- \/ p% @# H3 n
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
9 b5 |% v  g" R" p3 R" @  e1 J•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.8 C6 u. K# g, A- O6 F% B& ?
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
