1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
+ R' Y5 s  o# i3 z  ~2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
' i" r' B1 E; S6 S& ~# k3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
) f8 \- D, X3 y/ ?; C4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; - L: y4 L  J0 V  V: G! L# t
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;

7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:& ~$ ?6 ^5 F8 ?) b
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.) W2 Q0 T7 F4 u' q* U* ?
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
0 g- s, u) I% ~1 S•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.* a+ x" W7 U. l" ?
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
