Are you an immigrant woman who:
* x* O5 |& e* R- ]+ y9 D
3 A# l2 P9 o2 L" F* Q-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

3 x6 ^& t2 u  A; QIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

% w1 y$ B3 n2 OMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

3 h( j. i# x. j2 s. F  i! S& e  T: N•        Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
•        Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
, _' w7 R$ }. ^$ _% q# q5 V•        Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
•        Information about community agencies and services.
•        Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
•        Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

2.  July 17, 2006 – July 28, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.

哈哈....那地方啊,我刚登陆那会,还到过那当Volunteer呢!那是半年前的事了, 总的说那里的人还是很NICE的!
