: E4 _3 Q. k8 M( oAccounting Technician.  Experience and posted secondary education required.

% \/ r& T5 U0 ~•        compute charges
7 i: L# q) A  I•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
" ]- G/ ^% t* C9 N/ i1 e4 d•        prepare invoices and reports
•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
* V% N! U8 i; }; C  C+ _•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
8 k8 L+ g& u1 N; |4 u; c2 F•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
1 o" H+ s- Z; i2 C•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
" P/ C$ N' t5 E3 V4 j0 u% I•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
! @" D+ ?" A# S' b  s2 |•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
•        prepare basic financial statements
& z1 X" Q7 B# C5 |) i/ h+ s•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
7 Z% X; K$ T. i% J•        perform other clerical duties.
