工作需要，想尽快提高，希望有高手或者过来人给指点方向。比如网络教程，网校什么的。

buy a book "MS Office for Idiot",(I am not joke. This is the book name). or "Learn Excel for 21 days" for basic Excel skills.
If you are learning how to programming in Excel, and you have no experience of programming, you need take a course. Do not spend money on taking on-line course. if you can follow the on line course, you can learn by yourself by reading book.

Go to library website, you can find different level Excel Couse, and it's free, but you need a library card.

我就是在工作中逐步学习提高的，每次有问题就上网搜答案，方便快捷。。。。那些教程学完不用很快忘光光。。。。。除非你需要个证书去找工作。。。。。
