求助：长这么大从来没过过敏，突然过敏了。

一直身体很好，连感冒都很少得，来到爱城两个多月后突然过敏了，右手腕外侧在一阵瘙痒后变得又红又肿，起了一片硬块，怎么回事呢？活了几十年从来没有任何过敏史啊。
3 V7 k" O; d! @# B( [  y细想起来，那一块皮肤好像几星期前就不对劲，起了一层硬皮，我还以为是干燥引起的呢。

应该就是干燥引起的吧？有理由皮炎平之类的药膏抹上就好了。
洗澡后要用乳液。

: p( J+ E- p$ E2 f& s8 {"一直身体很好，连感冒都很少得" is the reason of 过敏. I leart this from a doctor. At first I did not believe his thoery. I took anti-allergy pills instead. But the pill's effective duration reduced from 8 hour to 3 hour in 2 months. So I know pill was not the solution. I got flushot once, which gave me a heavy flu and my allergy was gong for about 3 years. Then allergy come back. I tried to get myself a cold again. Since then I remembered to get a cold at least once for every two years.
& I$ _: p" l0 H* cSo try get a cold or a flu or a flushot. It is not easy to get a cold. I tried cold water bath, walk in cold winter outside for long hours, and eat family member's leftover food when they are sick. All not working. I found out this way ---
6 N/ b3 U. ~7 E& q4 `wait a ,moment when you are sleepy and quiet, and ready to go to bed; sitting in a place with chill wind passes by your back. You have to feel chill to a degree of uncomfortable, but not cold that you feel hurt. (If you feel cold, your body will react to do self-protection and you will not get sick). Sit in half sleep mode like that for an hour. You will get a minor cold next day.
After cold, your allergy should be gone within 2 days.

不知为什么会这样，老外的确各种过敏，没想到我这样的都过敏了。

之前在温哥华呆了一年，没事，也许真是干燥引起。
