2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
; y+ @' p9 K# A, S2 B3 X4 R2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
+ s9 y0 L) I( Y/ }& m3 y! {( \the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
+ |+ p- }8 {' z+ a3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
