•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
) Q4 Z" k* e4 v' l' Z- K•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

•        Retail customer service experience.
6 N9 @5 i7 `5 x- m$ g4 {4 Y•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
