Conditions for Probationary Drivers (Class 5 GDL):

No more passengers than seat belts
( b! r1 I- j6 u& xThey will be suspended at 8 demerit points than fully licensed drivers at 15
# y) w% i. {* ZHave a zero alcohol level
( x8 w* g0 ^+ ?/ D- a6 KNo upgrading to a commercial licence - f+ R! k3 Y" b9 e
Cannot serve as an accompanying driver to a Learner & e' H/ b% }8 V8 M4 D1 L# V
9 V' d" O, I. y- T$ {; F; w$ b( STo become a fully licensed driver (Class 5) you must:

Have been suspension free for the last year of the two year Probationary Stage
