attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of ) e/ d2 M4 j& r' R; W
information that will make your transition to the University community ( V, I; K8 |, o* F& f
more successful.

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth

, `) n+ t9 c3 N; IBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening ) W- D3 @) s) \$ N9 M! E2 b
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend ; I) _) w" o$ R; _5 }* y# E- B
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday ( I) S6 n$ N/ R/ p$ l5 E" {/ ^$ F
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in ; E: _+ P- d( o) W: J! }4 W" d( e1 H

September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,

$ j# r8 v, W. _$ l8 y8 hBoth MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you . X+ I. ^( H# N$ Y, Q
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from ' s+ x, Z* ^$ `& y7 K
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
% }, o, X& G7 U: ], tONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process ' `0 }* f9 i* q/ P
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
$ V4 w9 z. ?2 Y/ o7 L" |; Zof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
6 k- J$ \& H$ _' ~; mComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic 2 x6 G% n/ S9 V) Q; g. F
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
$ E- E) T9 e6 ^1 X7 x1 x a4 obring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the + |# U" n1 Z! L* V: K# m
two days of Orientation).
