Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

0 O/ T& L+ P9 d$ B$ TWith your knowledge, I think you should only be checking the power steering fluid level and leave the rest to the mechanics.
